Anurag Kashyap had to halt his adaptation of Suketu Mehta's 'Maximum City' after a streaming giant backed out following the controversy surrounding the web series 'Tandav'. Kashyap called it his best work and believed the backing out was a form of "invisible censorship". He revealed that the project's shelving led him into depression and he suffered two heart attacks.
